Using anfora aka qvevri, artisinal clay pots or amphorae as Josko Gravner refers to, from "the Caucasus that are gently buried in his land" he produces this unforgettable wine in Northern Italy on the border of Slovenia, in the Fruili-Venezia Giulia wine region.
