“Penelope Moore-Rossignoli’s artwork is showcased on their first vintage of 2015 Napa Valley Sangiovese, which was recently awarded a gold medal in the SF International Wine Competition. After meeting Penelope in 2011, they became good friends, and over the years acquired six of her paintings for their personal collection. The painting on the label was commissioned from her Palette of the Palate series where she translates the taste and aroma of the Sangiovese into a large scale abstract canvas.
